Medical Missions

We believe that serving medically opens the door to
impactful conversations on how Jesus serves us spiritually

How we’re serving

  • Woman carrying baby on her back in lush green field

    Community Health

We align medical screenings, data, outpatient consultations and follow up to ensure marginalized people have access to basic tenets of health.

  • An eye specialist examines a woman's eyes outdoors. The woman is wearing a peach headscarf and holding a child. The specialist uses magnifying glasses to check her eyes.

    Medical Outreach

We partner locally trained, skilled surgeons with surgical specialists from across the globe to perform operations at no cost to the patient.

  • Two people walking down a sunlit corridor with tiled floor and windows, wearing business attire.

    Medical Technology Transfer

We collaborate with local caregivers to respectfully share knowledge and instruct technique to improve quality and safety of care.

Highlighted Project

Chemotherapy administration through traditional IVs in peripheral veins leads to complications and is painful for the patient.

Our team partners with a Ghanaian Pediatric Oncology department to introduce the use of advanced intravenous chemotherapy ports for delivery of chemotherapy. This normally accepted standard procedure decreases the likelihood of a resulting complication while allowing for a less painful patient experience. Ultimately, the child has a much better likelihood of remission or cure with the technique.

Already we have been fortunate to supply multiple chemotherapy ports as part of this initiative and are working with the hospital’s pediatric oncology and surgery teams to implement this therapeutic option into their standard operating processes. A portion of funds raised will be devoted to growth and maintenance of this program.
